Responsibilities

  • Track incoming leads for data completeness
  • Lead hunting from sources like website, social channels, media and news, popular industry portals
  • Research of lead background, match with our ideal customer
  • Use company CRM to add, qualify and assign leads
  • Prioritise and champion leads for the Sales team to drive conversion into opportunities
  • Track and report statuses of leads to ensure they ultimately convert to customers

    Requirements

    • Quick learner, additional preference if you have experience in lead generation and hunting
    • Prior experience working in the digital industry (preferably in online B2B marketing /sales), and/or with SaaS and ad tech products
    • Independent worker
    • Attention to detail – Sales team will be effective if the leads you deliver them are high quality, have the right details and background info for a successful sales approach
    • Experience with Salesforce, boostr or other sales pipeline/ CRM tool
    • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing CRM/automation tool
    • Background in digital marketing / advertising a plus
