We are looking for a motivated marketing manager with strong all-around marketing skills — preferably with experience in the ad tech industry. Our ideal candidate has strong writing and analytical skills, knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, event planning experience, and is interested in bringing new ideas to the team. This position will report to our director of global marketing, who is based in Germany, and will help us scale our efforts across the US. This is an exciting opportunity to join an international company with 25+ offices globally. This role also has many opportunities for growth, including completely taking over ownership of our US-focused marketing initiatives.


Responsibilities

  • Be the main stakeholder for marketing activities in the US, with support from the core marketing team in Germany
  • Create sales collateral such as presentations, one-sheeters, and case studies to support the sales team
  • Support the writing and editing of data-driven reports, whitepapers, product releases, newsletters, and website content
  • Work with internal teams (Product, Sales, HR, etc.) to create relevant and compelling content that meets the needs of our audiences
  • Drive and execute our online and offline events strategy in the US, while assisting in the preparation, organization, and execution of said events
  • Analyze various internal and external data sources to draw conclusions and create an actionable narrative for new content
  • Assist in the optimization of our email funnel to activate, onboard, and retain business
  • Measure the effectiveness of our content and consistently optimize our efforts
  • Conduct industry research, follow relevant news, and present actionable findings
  • Ensure voice, style, and brand consistency across all messaging and design

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native-level English; other languages are a plus but not required
  • 3+ years of digital marketing and content creation experience
  • Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Google Slides
  • Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (including Pivot tables) and a passion for analytical thinking
  • Experience with Wordpress CMS and basic HTML skills a plus
  • Proven ability to contribute to a cross-functional workplace
  • Exceptional communication, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and hitting deadlines while working across multiple time zones
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Work authorization in the US
