  • Keep control over campaign budgets and ensure we deliver the volumes expected by our clients

  • Help to implement a yield management approach on our campaigns

  • Analyze our traffic sources performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize quality delivered on the campaigns

  • Take ownership and responsibility for fraud detection and work on preventing it with other teams involved

  • Act as a main point of contact between the advertiser and the traffic teams, provide detailed and data backed feedback about our traffic sources quality and campaigns performance

  • Contribute on maintaining accuracy in our decision-making tools and systems

  • Help building the strategic media buying capabilities, be part of creating and executing a vision for a new department

  • Work with Applift’s regional demand teams to identify the best approach to add programmatic activities to both existing and/or new customers of Applift

  • Independently manage and optimize a portfolio of campaigns on multiple vendors

  • Help building and implementing SLAs with internal stakeholders

  • Regular reporting on test results and campaign performance

  • Stay in the foreground of ad tech trends, utilizing emerging capabilities in this space


  • Previous experience within a start-up and / or in the field of Mobile Advertising
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a data and numbers-driven mindset  and with a strong motivation to lead professionally
  • Experience with RTB media buying and optimization towards different KPIs
  • Strong analytical, critical as well as creative thinking skills
  • Technically savvy and capable of defining your needs from the product perspective as well as to interpret and prioritize needs based on performance and team feedback
  • Ability to solve complex problems, manipulate data with precision and to prioritize between different projects at the same time
  • Good listener who can easily adopt a customer-oriented approach in your daily work
  • Ability to move things forward and go beyond the scope of responsibility when necessary
  • Very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to drive both strategic decisions and operational tasks in a fast-paced international environment
  • You have very strong communication skills with external and internal stakeholders and are fluent in English
